Lindsay Matheos

Lindsay Matheos (she/her) is an attorney with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Region 2, where she specializes in pesticides and solid and hazardous waste enforcement and permitting. Lindsay holds a J.D. from CUNY School of Law and completed internships with the New York Attorney General’s Civil Recoveries Bureau, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), EPA Region 2, and DEC Region 2. Lindsay is currently obtaining an LLM in Environmental Law part-time at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
