Julia Muench

Julia serves on the Advisory Board as the student representative of the class of 2020.
Julia Muench is an Associate Attorney with Super Law Group, a law firm dedicated to environmental protection. Before joining Super Law Group, Julia Muench served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gretchen D. Thilmony in the Minnesota Seventh Judicial District. Previously, she held clerkships with the Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section and with Earthjustice, Washington D.C. Julia graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2018, where she served as an articles editor on Vermont Law Review.
Prior to law school, Julia served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya teaching high school science and organizing community health and women’s empowerment programs. She also served as a community organizer for local sustainable energy projects in Colorado. Julia holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Resources Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2009.
