Alice R. Baker
Executive Board
Alice joined the New York City Law Department in 2020, where she advises City agencies on a wide variety of environmental law issues, represents those agencies in environmental litigation, and advances the City’s role in affirmative environmental litigation. She previously worked as a Staff Attorney for PennFuture, a Pennsylvania based environmental advocacy organization. Prior to PennFuture, Alice was an Attorney with Super Law Group, LLC, a private environmental law firm in New York City, where she primarily pursued Clean Water Act and stormwater enforcement citizen suits. She also formerly served as the Director of the NYCELLI.
Alice received her J.D. and Masters of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and B.A. from Bard College.
